Shipping

Domestic & International Shipping

 

As a small business we can't compete with Big Box Companies and the low shipping rates they offer due to the volume they ship. We also don't want to charge a flat rate that will have some customers paying more than actually necessary; therefore we have opted to provide individualized shipping.

 

What does that mean for you? It's another step that may be a hassle for you and for this we apologize. After you've selected your items to purchase, we will calculate the weight and best possible shipping methods to your address. We will contact you via email or phone (you choose) and we will ship via the method and speed you choose.

You reserve the right to decline the order before any shipping charges are applied. Once you have agreed to the shipping charges and your payment has been processed, your order will be subject to the standard return policy.

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

Additional fees associated with international orders will be calculated accordingly.

Returns

How to Return  

 

Because most of our items are made-to-order with personalized text and images, they are non-refundable. Please be sure you verify quantity, colors, text, etc. before purchase. We will send you a proof of all custom orders before we ship.

 

Other items may be available for exchange, subject to Manager's approval. All exchanges for non-customized items must be made within 7 calendar days. Original receipt required. Customer responsible for shipping on returns. 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Items damaged in the shipping process will be the responsibility of the shipping company. Please select the appropriate insurance when shipping. We will send a final proof prior to making all custom orders, please be sure to throughly review your proof for errors. An item shipped to you in error can be returned at our expense. 

 

 

Exchanges  

 

Personalized and customized items cannot be exchanged. Please review your proof throughly before approving. 

Other items may be available for exchange, subject to Manager's approval. All exchanges for non-customized items must be made within 7 calendar days. Original receipt required. Customer responsible for shipping on returns.
